2008 Equity and Fee Schedule

For Phase I Promotion Only

GOLF, SPORTS, TENNIS AND HOUSE MEMBERSHIP RENTAL PROGRAM

The Club grants limited use of its facilities to Renters in Jonathan’s Landing under the following programs. In each case a “privilege fee” is required by the Renter and certain stipulations apply.

Golf Usage: Assuming the unit owner has a Golf Equity membership: Includes bag storage and locker, use of golf facilities with a guest fee for each round of golf, use of the tennis facilities with daily charge, access to all dining facilities and charge account privileges. Renters may not use owner’s golf cart and cart fees will be charged.

Privilege Fee $600*

Sports Usage: Assuming the unit owner has a Sports Equity membership: Includes limited golf access October 16th to April 30th after 12 Noon and full golf access May 1st to October 15th. Applicable guest fees for each round of golf apply. Use of tennis with daily charge, access to all dining facilities and charge account privileges. Renters may not use owner’s golf cart and cart fees will be charged.

Tennis Usage: Assuming the unit owner has a Golf, Sports or Tennis Equity membership:

Includes use of tennis facilities with a daily charge, access to all dining facilities and charge account privileges.

Privilege Fee $400*

House Usage: Assuming the unit owner has a Golf, Sports, Tennis or House Equity membership:

Includes access to all dining facilities and charge account privileges.

* All unaccompanied guest(s) must be sponsored by a Golf or Sports Member. Tee Times are on a space available basis after 12:30pm.

Trail fees are non-transferable to renters or house-guests. Golf Members who have trail fees shall pay cart fees for their guests.

Food & Beverage Service Charge

There is a $640 food and beverage service charge ($320 for singles). The 20% service charge has been eliminated from all food and beverage outlets for members and their guests. Private member parties and non-member events booked through the Director of Banquets and Special Events remain subject to the 20% service charge. Renters are subject to the 20% service charge.

The Food and Beverage Service Charge will be billed quarterly beginning January 1, 2007 ($160 per quarter--$80 per quarter for singles) and is subject to Florida sales tax.

** All fees, except for the Capital Reserve Fee and Join Fee, are subject to 6.5% Florida Tax. All fees are subject to change without notice.

*Golf Equity is 80% refundable based on Equity Market Value. Initiation Fee has been waived for Phase I.

**Sports and Tennis Equity are 50% refundable based on Equity Market Value.

***House Equity is 50% refundable based on Equity Amount Paid.

Please Note: For information on any pending assessments, please call the Membership office at 561-744-4250. Total Join Fees only reflect equity and fees for Phase I promotion. Phase II and Phase III joining fees will be increased.
